Turnkey construction costs for 2026: Standard housing varies between 25,000-35,000 TL per m², villa type construction between 35,000-55,000 TL per m², commercial construction between 20,000-40,000 TL per m². These prices include rough construction, finishing works and basic installation, and exclude the land cost. Our scope of services: Detached house and villa construction, apartment and residential projects, workplace and commercial building construction, warehouse and agricultural buildings, old building restoration, building reinforcement.
